You are totally right SickRick. I get ticked all the time with all the extra navigation that is required to get to a download or to read an article. I wish that the site admins would get it together and make it a little more convenient for us peons.

Every patch I have ever applied to a cyberlink dvd player has robbed me of audio features and made the program worthless by telling me I have to buy the product if I want the audio features back. I don't know if this patch will do the same thing but I am not taking chances with them.

It is when it could have been just posted on the actual front page. It's just a way to get ads viewed, thats all. Anyway, if people have a problem with that then just go somewhere else for this news, geez.
