Not sure that just waving your finger about, shouting 'FRAUD' will do any good, but i know a few people on the forum of another site that i frequent who have been more than a little miffed with these products. I do agree that this form of advertising is totally misleading and something needs to be done to stop this kind of action in future. Luckily, most of the e-tailers that i frequent here in the UK are honest enough to advertise the product for what it is. Others may simply have no idea of what exactly it is they're selling....
