Yeah sure, it clears out memory. But where does it clear out to? Virtual memory? Is that necessarily a good thing? Not from my point of view. I like my page file to be as empty as possible. In fact I use the 'Disable paging exec' to keep things in memory as they tend to run somewhat faster than in V mem. Anyone who plays games will agree - VMEM sucks! Just buy more RAM! It's cheap enough.
