Memory management is fine. You've got to understand that this is way .Net works (what CCC is programmed/compiled in). It's not actually using that much memory (it uses considerably less), it's just set that aside based on how much available RAM you have. This is also completely dynamic, watch it's memory consumption when you open other apps that take a significant bite out of your RAM, it'll dip down to even things out.

Maybe he, like so many others before, has been banned from ATI's Driverheaven for posting a negative comment about ATI in the past ;)
