So I take this will be one of the lower-end RV350 cards?

From my understanding, ALL the RV350 cards are lower-end cards....but more importantly they're lower end cards that are going to be able to compete head-to-head with nVidia's top of the line offering, if they every actually release it. :) I can NOT wait! :D
