ATI has been very silent during nVidia's "difficulties"....it's about time they threw a little mud! :) Two more points for the good guys! :D

Not sure how you manage to construe this a mud-slinging, but it certainly is nice to have ATI be exciting again. Nvidia was exciting about FX until they actually revealed it (well, that was exciting also), but not much has come of it. If the GeforceFX was a woman (which it probably is) it would be a tease and guilty as charged. There is something innately boring about hype that leads to nowhere. Let's hope ATI does not also drop the ball.

Sorry, I didn't mean to imply ATI was doing anything bad...I just meant they've withheld commenting on nVidia's recent pratfalls and I'm glad to see they're finally bringing it up. :) They ain't gonna be dropping the ball, expect BIG things from ATI soon. ("soon" as in the near future...not 8 months down the road, maybe. ;) )

I guess they better do something, the 9700 Pro is in second place.
