This change to the tRCD isn't a complete fix. The XMS3200 Twinx that I just bought came with the tRCD already set to 3 by the SPD. I still can't get the fsb past 250mzh. When I was using XMS2700 Twinx I had the fsb at 278mzh and could probably have gone higher. So, even with the tRCD set to 3 the XMS3200 Twinx still won't perform like the XMS2700 Twinx. I'm running an Abit IS7-E and P4 2.4c.
