After all the delay & hype I was damn near expecting this puppy to be pushing 30K onions, WTF?!? (Ok, not 30K...but I did think it was gonna crack 20K no problem. )

We'll see when it comes out.

BTW, you also didn't mention something VERY important : the GeforceFX is a DX9 card and 3dmark2001 is dx8, so it will probably be much faster than the other cards (except radeon 9700) when a 3dmark for dx9 is released...
