These are old screenshots. I was E3 this past May and the Unreal 2 that was shown looks ALOT better then these screenshots. And actually ths screenshots on Xabregamers are that great. There is nothing special with them. Go and check Gamespot, IGN or any other big gaming site for current screenshots.
