Which Geforce FX to go for?
Sparkesy
Hey guys, I'm about to pre-order my Geforce FX but I'm not sure what brand to go for. my current Card is a Geforce 3 (standard not Ti version) deluxe by asus. I'm very happy with the Asus specs and the bundle they give with the card, plus the quality of both the drivers and the utilities.

GF 2 + VIA KT133 = AGP 2x?!?!
gprcc
I have a Biostar M7VKB Ver-2 in my server and a GeForce 2 MX200 in there as well, both board and card support AGP 4x yet it will only run in AGP 2x. Are there any jumpers or anything to fix this, it has a VIA KT133 chipset, and I know this is a problem for many people but none know how to fix it, do you? Thanks.

There's no law for exclusive online distribution, and you cannot possibly sue someone for distributing a freeware program on the internet. Guru3D is getting a head waaaaaay too big for them to handle.

What did your Ti 4400 score on 3Dmark
BigJosh
I have found that most people went to either end of the spectrum and either bought a Ti 4200 or a Ti 4600.Surely I am not the only one who realized that the 4400 can be clocked beyond stock 4600 speeds for $75 dollars less.

New 42.30 driver?
Degger*
Today I got an submission that there is a Nvidia Detonat 42.30 dated 01/13/2002 available at ftp://ftp. nvidia. pl/pub/Drivery/42.30/. The file is an exe package and differs in name from the driver which is available at asus.

Would like to use 41.xx or 42.xx but I have some annoyances
RipFlex
Two things that prevent me from switching to the DX9 compatible drivers. 1.Refresh rates for OpenGL games still 60hz for games that reset resoltions INGAME. 2.My $2000 Professional 21 monitor refreshrates over 120 Hz are not supported.

Fast Writes and 42.09 drivers

This is exactly the same file as for Windows 2000, which was out about six months ago. Pinnacle have just renamed their Windows 2000 drivers. Having said that, they work perfectly with Windows XP with my PCTV.
