New Board reccomendations

Ok people, My Board is crap (Gigabyte GA-8IDML) and I want to replace it but I have PC133 memery and can't afford to upgrade the board and memery at the same time so what I want is a board that runs both PC 133 and DDR (not at the same time as its not possible).

Nforce 2 Data corruption using Third Party IDE ATA RAID Ctrl

I was, untill installing my Asus A7N8X mobo, using a Silicon Image Medley RAID PCI card. After fitting the Mobo, in over a week i lost about 40 gigs of data due to corruption problems on all IDE devices that were connected to the RAID controller.

Hey guys I own an Asus a7n8x (non deluxe) with the latest standard bios (1002.A). Now there are uber bioses, vdd mods, NB and SB cooler changes and such, all to do something very simple, to hit 200fsb without any problems.

Hi, Ive got a new harddisk drive (Maxtor) that I will be stting up XP HomeEdition sp1.The drive came with MaxBlast3 software, which alows me to setup partitions and format the drive.

for the 8mb buffer edition, bad news guys. . . I have that drive, but the bad one. Recently there was some news about the new firmware version being on 80gb platters and a lot faster.

Got my 2.4b to 3.34 ghz on my Sinxp1394 using 1.60 vcore and good temps (air cooled) 37 idle 45 load. the trick was using 1:1 ratio on the board (thanks to Prom & Big on my other forum) so i had to run my pc3500 @ 372 @ 2-8-2-2 which still gives me mem benches over 4g's on sandra 2003 http://www.

Ok, I need help with OC'ing my CPU, and AMD AthlonXP 2000+, I changed the settings in BIOS to make it into a 1.800MHz, saved, but Sandra 2003 still reports it as a 1.

This is just a small list if you want it AtoZ XP in HELP AND SUPPORT HAS THEM ALL. . . . just type in the SEARCH FIELD COMMAND LINE and at the bottom of the search results you'll see COMMAND LINE REFERANCE this is all the NEW commands in XP as well as OLD ones too :o).

Can anyone check via device manager the version of processr. sys when using a P4 system? When at it also check ntdll. dll version number please. Maybe extract the corresponding hotfixes as well? Cheers :D.
