Would like to use 41.xx or 42.xx but I have some annoyances
Two things that prevent me from switching to the DX9 compatible drivers. 1.Refresh rates for OpenGL games still 60hz for games that reset resoltions INGAME. 2.My $2000 Professional 21 monitor refreshrates over 120 Hz are not supported.

Two things that prevent me from switching to the DX9 compatible drivers.
1. Refresh rates for OpenGL games still 60hz for games that reset resoltions INGAME.
2. My $2000 Professional 21" monitor refreshrates over 120 Hz are not supported.
Any 30.xx or 40.72 driver sets work perfectly to resolve above problems.
But I really would like to utilize my monitor's full potential in the DX9.0 based drivers. I have tried them all.
I use Multires as my refreshrate program on 40.72 DDrivers which work perfectly. 60Hz is difficult for my monitor to do, it's TOO low. Lowest it does is 70 Hz in 2048x1536x32 bit. 60hz = strobe light

It'll let you force OpenGL / D3d / 2d refresh rate to almost anything, and works with the latest drivers.

it's simlpe as that: use ReForce to set refresh rates, it works with all driver versions and lets you even add resolution modes that are possibly not available via the Plug and Pray Monitor driver.
