World of Warcraft beta?

I hear they had a signup for betas, so I went and found out it had ended, But then I realised it was only for the US/Canada. I want to know if they have had signups for a possible European beta test and if so, where I can go.

Look at the official Blizzard Battle.net forums. That's the best place to get information of that sort.
