Additional Rights and Limitations.

* You may reproduce, install and use one copy of the OS Components on each of your computers that is running a validly licensed copy of the applicable OS Software, provided that you use each such additional copy of the OS Components in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Supplemental EULA.

* Solely for the purpose of preventing unlicensed use of the applicable OS Software, the OS Components may install on your computer technological measures that are designed to prevent unlicensed use, and Microsoft may use this technology to confirm that you have a licensed copy of the OS Software. The update of these technological measures only occurs through the installation of these OS Components. The OS Components will not install on unlicensed copies of the OS Software. If you are not using a licensed copy of the OS Software, you are not allowed to install the OS Components or future OS Software updates. Microsoft will not collect any personally identifiable information from your computer during this process.

* The OS Components may include the Microsoft .NET Framework. You may not disclose the results of any benchmark test of the .NET Framework to any third party without Microsoft´s prior written approval.

* Content providers are using the digital rights management technology contained in the OS Components ("DRM") to protect the integrity of their content ("Secure Content") so that their intellectual property, including copyright, in such content is not misappropriated. Portions of the OS Components and third party applications such as media players use DRM to play Secure Content ("DRM Software"). If the DRM Software´s security has been compromised, owners of Secure Content ("Secure Content Owners") may request that Microsoft revoke the DRM Software´s right to copy, display and/or play Secure Content. Revocation does not alter the DRM Software´s ability to play unprotected content. A list of revoked DRM Software is sent to your computer whenever you download a license for Secure Content from the Internet. You therefore agree that Microsoft may, in conjunction with such license, also download revocation lists onto your computer on behalf of Secure Content Owners. Microsoft will not retrieve any personally identifiable information, or any other information, from your computer by downloading such revocation lists. Don't I Get Any Problem in WinXP By Installing this?
(bug problems i mean..)

why should you ... this is just the normal windows mediaplayer XP installation you can download from MS ... then extracted and the files have been replaced by the updatd ones ... if ya look at all those patches and updates for WMP you will see that there is most time only one file written to disk (while setup contains 6 or more) and this file is just within the package ... so instead of copying an old file then overwriting it you just go and copy the new one directly ...
including those files you cannot get with patches/updates ... I install WMP9 this way over month now since some guys ripper 3045 from longhorn since then I copied all patches / updates directly to that folder and on XP SP2 all other updated ones ...
this has always worked flawlessly

edit: and btw you can always take the original WMP9 install and just overwrite the new file with the old ones
