Windows 2003 problem - Sub menus
I love Windows 2003 server when tweaked to work as workstation. Everything is smoother and seems to work a bit quicker than in XP, clear installation could of course have something to do with it.

I love Windows 2003 server when tweaked to work as workstation.
Everything is smoother and seems to work a bit quicker than in XP, clear installation could of course have something to do with it..
However, I have problems with odd "lag" sort of thing:
i.e if I'm browsing through my files and folders, and I click the "go up one folder" or the "back" button, explorer goes back but the whole machine freezes (not the mouse) and sometimes recoveres after 5-10 seconds. Sometimes I just have to push CTRL-ALT-DEL, and close "explorer.exe" manually.
Same lag phenomenia occurs also when I click on some sub-menus, like if I click right mouse button on this page and go to encoding, 5 sec freeze.
It's fu**** annoying, and spoils otherwise so excellent daily use with Windows 2003.
If someone happens to know how to fix this, I would be grateful.
Thanks in advance!
