None of the Windows NT5 (2000,Server,Advanced Server, Datacenter) come with msconfig like XP/Net but theres a few ways you can do the same thing. Including using the win98 version and ignoring the startup message, or trying a app that does the same job.
There'll all listed here:

i still get a odd error on startup, im trying to get rid of the service controal manager it stops me at start up saying a device was not insatalled, though everythign is running, running lan servers are a real pain  but i guess its worth it for the speed, thankx for the help,
Hehe I put a copy of clarkconnect (modified redhat) on my file/mail servers, then I can just stick em in a cupboard for a few years until the harddisk dies.
I had a look around support.microsoft.com the resolution I found said to boot into safemode, goto device manager and uninstall any devices that show problems.
The other solution was to check these 2 reg keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESystemCurrentControlSetControlClass
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESystemCurrentControlSetServices
and delete any driver or service that is mentioned in the error message.
