First of all no lcd will give you more than a fixed rate of 60hz for refresh so that makes any lcd "bad" for gaming.(serious gaming and will fuck up your eyes)
i got a 21" crt sony for 200 used and it is sweet save your money and get bigger screen.

do you know ANYTHING about LCD's?
First: The refreshrate of LCD's arent comparable to CRT's. a refreshrate of 60 in a LCD is more flicker free than a 85hz setting on a crt.

do us a favor, go read up on LCD's before you make a fool of yourself by postulating utter nonsense.
The normal monitor would be better than LCD monitor for games.
