I need one for any browser, iv tryed opera its notworkin very well, i need one that will refresh the web continusoly,
Are you trying to trick one of those web viewing pay per hour ad programs?
Search download.com there's actually quite a few out there that will do what you want, you could also get one of the freeware auto-mouse programs and set it up to click on the refresh button every few seconds if you really want.
