my personal feeling was always the higher the better even if 256MB make no sense it is better and something below 64MB is deadly for performance !!!

There are great sound effects and background music throughout the game. A special music escort contains nineteen full-length tracks for different player´s actions (not for only shooting, pursuit, and various extreme situations, but also for peaceful actions).
