Using an 8200 chassis to build?

Right, here's me quandry.
I'm on the cusp of whether to buy or build, so have been looking at all the different components, including chassis.
However, the Dimension chassis is really user friendly, opens well, and is pretty quiet.
Do you think it would be a suitable candidate to strip and build from within?
