its a kinda cool thing

but its not new ... many ppl. have done this before
on one hand its kinda cool on the other hand it has numberous disadvantages I think this will not really gain any significance in the computer world unless something else then oil is found ... something just like water but without conducting the components

thats is why they use oil ... because it does not conduct ... thats a normal thing
and as they said ... 100% clean water will do it, too BUT as soon as it does come into contact with metal it will ionize and short the components
