Shuttle AK35-GTR Bios

Just wondering if any of you have this mobo, 'cause I'm gonna slap a Athlon 2400+, but, I have to upgrade my bios first. That's where my question comes in. . .

Just wondering if any of you have this mobo, 'cause I'm gonna slap a Athlon 2400+, but, I have to upgrade my bios first. That's where my question comes in....I'm curious to know if anybodys has had any problems with the new bios, and if so..what the problems were.
