OP
I have already tried this solution. It the s.exe that is giving me a problem. I can go to explorer or to my computer and get to the directory. But if I creat a shortcut to this drive this is what I get. thanks

It is not a virus. This is caused by a program changing the program which opens file folders from Explorer to another program (in your case s.exe). Obviously you have no such file called s.exe so it shows that message. If this is not the case it might be possible you have an autorun.inf in your C: root which tries to call s.exe (by default Windows runs autorun programs when you double-click a drive in My Computer instead of just browsing). If this is the case delete the autorun.inf in C:. If this is not the case then the easiest solution is to copy explorer.exe from your Windows directory to your C: root and rename it to s.exe and then copy that and place it in the Windwos directory so you have s.exe in C: and in your Windows directory.
