you know what, i install my drivers from my original driver CD,then i went to SB Web i got this error
but if I don´t, install the orinal drivers from the cd, it show the I have a SB Card, so can I install the 4.0 Advanced HD Frist, then install the cd drivers?
Or is ok if I just download the drivers manually the I installed?
BTW Thanks for you help

Presumably, since this is a fairly new product, you received something called "instructions" and/or a "user manual". These 2 items come in really handy when you can't figure something out. Interestingly enough, if you can't bring yourself to actually read the hard copy of the instruction (which actually include pictures too!), you can also go to the Soundblaster web site and download a PDF version of same. Either will suffice though.
In those directions they do actually point out the vast majority of "features" (at least the documented ones) that your sound card supports (BIG surprise there, huh?) and you shouldn't have any trouble discovering all the ins and outs of EAX and whatever else your little heart desires.
Many, MANY years ago my old grandfather gave me some terrific advice. He said, "When in doubt, READ the directions. If that doesn't work, FOLLOW THEM!"
Later.

thanks, you really lock like a very nice guy :finger:
And on the EAX Console it supposed be that octions, and is not there, thas why I ask for help
I went from an Audigy Platinum to an Audigy 2 ZS Platinum. When you install the new 4.0 drivers, you lose the ability to turn EAX on or off in the EAX Console. Just enable EAX in the game you are playing and it works just fine.

nah .... don't get confused with this !!!
those setting you set there are general rules !!! the work for ALL sounds outa there and are generated by the input not by scripts .... its just a different sounc comin out than in .... disable ALL those effekts in EAX console unless you have reasons to do other .... EAX games willl use EAX to produce sounds and willl give the audigy the right input which does not need to be modified anymore ...
just disable this!
