im running rivatuner aswell
i didnt mod my nonpro because i find the 9500 works fine for me, so i dont really need the softmod.

ive modded it to 350 core and 300(600) mem.
all with stock cooling and no physical mods.
no artefacts or anything.

I had sapphire 9500 non pro and the GPU worked at 430Mhz, and memory at 320Mhz. Memory wasnt cooled, but the gpu had waterblock on it. There were no woltage mods.

Now i have 9600pro and it works at 530mhz/GPU and memory at 370mhz.

But i would keep 9500 if soft mode worked.

I also have a sapphire with the zalman heat pipe cooler on it. I use the 3.9 omega drivers and run at 340mhz gpu/ 310mhz memory. I get around 41,500 in aquamark with these speeds. I can benchmark it at higher speeds, but not run it for a long time or I get artifacts.
