QDI Kudoz 7X + no beep?

Mobo boots fine but doesn't beep on POST. If I update CMOS then it beeps on POST. I checked the manual and bios, there's no option to disable the short beep that confirms an ok POST.

Without the beep I would go paranoid, contact your mobo manufacturer.

I'm using the puter right now to write here heh. But no beep is really strange !
