Hey peeps,. . . for some reason my PowerDVD 5 is skipping when I play movies, such as ones that are in BIN/CUE format, I just use Daemon Tools and read the drive like a DVD drive from PowerDVD.

Hey peeps, ... for some reason my PowerDVD 5 is skipping when I play movies, such as ones that are in BIN/CUE format, I just use Daemon Tools and read the drive like a DVD drive from PowerDVD. When I play media clips it works fine. I also tried re-installing the program but that also doesn't work.... Any suggestions would be great, thx peeps,

Switch to WinDVD 5.1. No skips. I had the same problem with PowerDVD and eventually unistalled it. Try Zoom Player/Zoom Player Pro. Probably THE most configurable player out there (if you like to tweak things).

Later.
