Im using 6.0, SP2. This is the first time since the netscape years I havnt been able to open a website.
After some research I noted the url warp.mthn.net. When redirecting this address to 127.0.0.1, it worked again.

This is wierd.
My computer at work crashes the exact same way. Both uses the english corporate pro.
When popup blocking is enabled in the software I get the fault:
Line: 8
Char: 4
Error: Access is denied
Code: 0
URL: http://warp.mthn.net/adframe.php?n=a9ad91c...zone:7&resize=1
(guessing the URL part is random)
Then there's a delay of almost 45 seconds before the rest of the page shows (8mbit connection).
At work after modifying the hosts file the page loads in less than 5sec (512kbit connection).
If it makes any difference, all popups/banners I get are german.
And considering firefox isnt the mainstream internet browser I see no reason to give up both compatibility and comfort to be able to see popups I cannot understand or buy anything from. :)
I went to W2S with IE 10 times with everything at default level
and I did not experience any crashes
but I got the Javascript warning, too the first time I loaded the page
But I have seen those JS errors many times before and the never caused a crash.
Do you have the Java Virtual machine installed ?

I believe that I had SUN Java Runtime Environment installed when it broke down last time and now I do not. The delay was temporary (probably something with the dsl connection at home) and now the page loads in two sec
I have reinstalled java now but I do not seem to be able to spawn the popup again. I guess there's a timer how many popups you get per day.
I also quit my job so I kinda cant check the job computer again either. Ohwell...
