Try change agp aperture size, 64, 128 or 256 even 32 just test.
You have vsync off? FSAA? Anisotropic? Let Rivatuner do all that... If you have "wrong" aperture size and use heavy FSAA your score might not be so wrong.
If you go to MSI site you will see that they have a weird sense of whats good for you regarding detonator drivers http://www.msi.com.tw/support/driver/vga_driver.htm ie. they dont recommend any higher than 27.50, 27.20 better for a kt266 chipset! Thats for their own cards but something to think about. Tested them they say. You should check that claim out - also check the forums on MSI site.

go to www.guru3d.com and download the Nvidia Tweak Utiltiy, a must have. It has standard fast settings tab that will increase your 3dmark score dramatically. I love it.
