Morning folks. Damm, it feels that my head will explode and this evening i want to go to RW.

Any ideas how to solve the headache problem ? Don t say: Never drink again, it s to late for that :cry: :hmm:

Plenty of water, there's two things that cause a hangover headache...
Dehydration (each beer or other drink dehydrates more water from your body than they give, so you end up losing a lot of water over the night) and the toxins that your liver converts the alchohol into... nothing but time will solve the toxin problem, but you can fix up the dehydration by drinking plenty of water and holding back on the caffiene.
B and C vitamins are also lost, so some sort of drink containing them might also help somewhat.
