Maybe this will help a little with your driver selection. http://www.bitbenderforums.com/reviews.php...owcontent&id=20
As for tweaking.. Nvidia drivers are pretty easy to optimise.. I have never used riva tuner myself so may some1 here who has will post.
Good luck.

I had a g2 mx200 and a g4 mx420 before i got my new Ti 4400. I liked the 30.82 dets on both thos cards and overclocked them slightly with rivatuner. it is an excellent proggie where that is concerned.
I got a Geforce2MX400 as well. The 30.82's give a massive performance increase in direct3d. But thanks to issues with my soundcard I had to settle with the 40.xx drivers which are more stable on XP. Again if you got a fast computer, you can try all those tweaks, processor > 1000 Mhz, else just use nvidia's default driver settings with VSync disabled. Just curious ...what board is it? Overclocking a solid board like ASUS, Gigabyte or MSI will also help
Before I upgraded, I had a GeForce2 MX ...
The best drivers I came across for it were ...
28.90
29.42
29.80
31.40
31.80
I don't know if it was just me, but the 30.82s were very unstable for overclocking ...

I recommend 30.82 as long no kickass drivers are out there.
