New Monitor-Desktop Customization
This is a discussion about New Monitor-Desktop Customization in the Warp2search Hang Out category; Hey all. . . . I'd like some advice please. . . I recently upgraded my monitior from and old 14 HP to a nice, new Samsung 19 flat. Now that I have seen the november desktop post, and I've got a lot more sreen realestate, I'd like to do some cool and useful things with my desktop.

I recently upgraded my monitior from and old 14" HP to a nice, new Samsung 19" flat. Now that I have seen the november desktop post, and I've got a lot more sreen realestate, I'd like to do some cool and useful things with my desktop. The transparent calenders and reminders are very cool. I would like software/freeware recommendations for doing these nifty things. Whataya suggest I D/L? Also anytime I use the html desktop feature in xp I lose the transparency of my icon text on the desktop. Any ideas, or is this common. Also, I've heard a lot about a proggie called samurize for this. Comments? Thanx in advance...W2S better than ever

this system monitor (Coolmon) is really great stuff .... since I saw it on one of the desks I run it here, too
But the calendar .... rainlender is nice but buggy ... maybe someday I will use it but now now
