New Banner how is it?(UPDATED)
Hah! I found 23.11 to be fastest for my system and you haven't tested that. Next test you have, test only whql drivers!.

Here is my Idea for new BANNER.
BANNER1:-

and i think i have a winner , ... behold .....

but degger said .... nah .. tomorrow more banners ..

Here is my last one (i think), and i like this
Instead of again starting from scratch , i decided to improve on 4th banner and after make some changes here is the results. [please mention BANNER NUMBER when suggesting or approving ]
