hello Im new here hope to have a long run. I have some questions and some comments. First let me say neowin is wonderful site for news and forums. I was a memeber off and on there for 2 years.

hello Im new here hope to have a long run. I have some questions and some comments. First let me say neowin is wonderful site for news and forums. I was a memeber off and on there for 2 years. I went thru 15 names on their site and was often banned after just a few posts. usually between 30-60 posts. I sometimes disagreed with mods and admins.each time i decided to disagree i was banned. did neowin get so big that there are clicks now I think so. then to top it off there is no ground for appeals, and you cant even contact a admin or mod on the board unless your a member. today someone asked for the difference between nero ultra and enterprise. right off the posts were ou dont need it forget it. your an idiot dont ask. I posted offered to help him explaining the difference. I was again banned lol. the only statement was you back again. BANNED. I dare them to offer any instance. and logs whatever of me breaking neowin rules THEY CANT PERIOD. after e mailing every single admin and mod not one response. now either they are full of it or im a very dangerous person. when 15 mods not one will responde. So tonight I decided enough was enough and joined here wich also has great news and posts. looking forward to being a long member . hope I didnt start off on wrong foot just had to express my feelings.
here is what i wrote last which was removed with-in 5 minutes even under a new name .................................
why is it I have to use 15 names just be able to post, I never ever blantly disreguard the rules. my names are banned because I disgaree or offer help. Please dont think im challenging you im not.I get 30-60 posts then boom for no reason im banned why? I never give links, once in a while i may disagree with someone is this board so clicked that you have to be goody two shoes and agree with everyone god forbid dont be against the click. Im willing to bet you I am a member of more boards then most here.what is it you go thru the logs every blue moon and ban any bright.net person there are 600 employees at bright.net. then to top it off like most places you can at least talk to the mods and say what i do ok etc here you have to be a member even to approach the mods I dont get it. I really dont. if a mod would explain it to me maybe id get it and say forget it. but at this point after years of this ive never once gotten 1 reply. bet you wont get one here either BANNED. people should ask themselves if all this nonsense and click is worth it. you may be next.

your exactly right, and dont wory he cant or wont. I was going to post the nasty e mail me he sent after complaining I didnt responde when i did with a polite e mail he replied with very nasty one. laughing that I was looking for sympathy from warp members needless to say i sent a most nasty one back. so i declined to post like the mod on here said this is no place for fights and its a no win battle. enough said.

After reading this thread, am I correct in understanding that if a member of Neowin posts...inappropriately...shall we say, that they are just banned without warning or notice of the reason for their being banned? i.e. a particular post or verbage in a post, etc?
That seems to be what Guardian is implying and you have made no attempt to refute it in any way.
No one is banned just like that. Invisionboard has a warning system. Every user gets 5 warnings before he's banned (and even then it's usually a time limited ban). People that get banned or warned do get an email.
However we don't send out an email every time a banned user creates a new account. I think it's clear that once you're banned there's no use in creating a new account over and over again
is it me or is something wrong here. I have left neowin banned according to him. yet this person from another board continues to come to this board make comments on what ive' said or just generally roll his eyes. am i that dangerous red that you have to go to the boards i post on lol. I am with the mods here I let it go. but you continue to weaken your case. you say im this horrible dude that was banned for my actions of breaking the rules. ( in my best god voice wink ) Yet now you say you get 5 chances before we ban blah blah your so full of it. I swear you stink. I never received one ban or notice never ever. I defy you to show any such logs or proof. You cannot thats a fact. now if neowin is so much better off without me and im so bad and as you said in your lovely e mail to me. im not worth the time. why do you continue to come to other boards and make comments and generally try to make me look like a horrible dude . leave it alone let it go. I try to. just a thought.
I'm not trying to make you look like a horrible person (even after reading your last "professional" email to me). I explained in my email that I didn't want to bother looking into your case anymore after your pathetic cry for help on this forum. Now you post what you mailed me after that.

below are some points which go little overboard.
Degger Make decisions who comes to this site . who stays and who goes. We the editors and mods make sure things are clean. and please take personal matter out of public eye. USE PM .
and personal abuse isnt tolerated, especially to someone like redmak.
see this as ur first warning.
i gotta check with degger how ban works for the first time.

the reason to ban may not eb given ... I can't tell that ... but ban is ban ... you got to ask for reactivation ... not just do it yourself ...
