Ok people,

However the filesize is 250KB, which is way too large. Need to get around 50KB in a decent quality. Anybody can help me out? Using Ulead products.

Hi rancho, I think you use 7 frames, without alpha channel, well the text you made is intergrated into the the main banner which costs filesize.
better would be if you make the text layer transparent and place it over the base background image "the banner"....

can you send it to me? maybe I can fix it

PS. Have you tried the GIF Optimization which is build in the Ulaed gif animator ? 8)
