Can I share the bandwitdt with a certain ration from the internet connection to the computer? e.

Not without some 3rd party software, and so far I haven't seen any windows based software that can do it reliably.
Traffic shaping like this is kind of messy to do in most software, so I think most companies avoid adding it to thier software. Even XP's QoS wouldn't help in this situation.

Install Linux if u dont wanna use third party tools :roll:
