Seems like the window is centered on the screen instead of the desktop. Strange... Do all your windows have this or IE6 only? Did it do this all the time or just recently?
Don't know how to solve this (for now).

Yes, i did :D
looks to me like you've turned off taskbar always on top.
go into taskbar properties and check the option saying "always keep on top".
this should work

yeah, i love it...85Hz is it...i can't go under 1280x1024..hehe..Everyone has different taste
Usually when your (IE) window gets screwed by some script it can be 'healed' by a restore window and a maximize window operation.
not that i can tell because the ss is so crappy, but it doesn't look like it's even maximized...punch in this into the address bar "java script:resizeTo(1024,768)" sans quotes; note that it's case sensitive
