depends on the game
Generally ATi, unless you are only playing those "Made for NVidia" games.
Ati does much better (and higher precision) ansiotropic filtering, which you can force to 16X without loosing any noticable FPS, while most Nvidia cards seem limited to 8X, and even then they take a good hit.
Having just recently switched to a Radeon (9000pro) from a GF2Ti I also notice the Radeon is much better in colours and texture quality than any nvidia card I've seen, even at similar settings.

ATi has far better image quality than nVIDIA. I also realized that after switching from nVIDIA to ATi. Me loves my radeon :)
yeah i love ati, even in old games the image quality looks more fluid and realistic, i think ati would be best for image quality and nvidia for performance, nowdays ati is leading in both but after seeing the FX5900Ultra who knows :roll: but then again we will start to see ati's new weapons soon :lol:

It depends on the game but now ATI is better than nVIDIA. If GeForce FX 5900 Ultra comes it would be the best. GeForce FX 5900 Ultra is coming in June 2003. Just wait and buy that graphic card.
