I guess I should have stipulated a couple of specifics and possible requirements in my original post here. So, to that end ---

1. if you're not of breeding age and/or have never been married, you probably won't "get" the humor in the eBay posting (link above).

2. if you have anti-American, anti-Semitic or anti-anything attitudes, be forewarned that the individual who posted the auction on eBay IS an American (or at least resides in America). This is not to say that he could very well be from another country (like Germany, for instance).

3. if you have the attention span of a sand flea, you probably won't get the humor of this particular eBay posting because you actually have to READ the write-up (description) in the auction. I know there are some actual pictures but in this case, the pictures DON'T tell the entire story (you'll have to read it to find out what the story actually is).

4. for those of you who have "Dark", "Hate", "Gloom", "Pestilence" or "Failed Attempt at World Domination Not Once But Twice" as part of your posting identity, you might want to skip this one because as we all know, you have NO sense of humor whatsoever.

5. if you think that wedding dresses are sold (on eBay or in ANY other forum) ONLY in America, you may want to concentrate more heavily on your education (or RE-education, as the case may be) because you're in for a BIG surprise. People actually get married in wedding dresses all over the world and not just here in America. I know, it must be a shock, but it's true nonetheless.

So, there you have it. The eBay posting at the above link is meant to be READ and was not just posted for you to look at the pictures. Assuming you have even the tiniest bit of a sense of humor, you SHOULD be able to find the humor that IS present (even to the most casual observer) in this auction. I don't believe that I am the ONLY person who finds it humorous because as of this very minute (11:31 AM Pacific Standard Time USA), over 4.1 MILLION people have already viewed this auction. That alone should tell you something.
