huh? Password change?
This is a discussion about huh? Password change? in the Warp2search Hang Out category; I wanted to post a comment on the main site and saw that I am not logged on, so I wanted to login for sure. . . but he always gave me login error due password.

I wanted to post a comment on the main site and saw that I am not logged on, so I wanted to login for sure ... but he always gave me login error due password .... I used the lost password function and got a totally different password ... what was this ????

Correct. These are two different databases ergo, two different logins.

not the difference between forum and main site...
I had for example password halloworld
and it changed to xchlsarhew
.... why ?

doesn't the password retrievel make you a new password? Perhaps thats why it's created a new password for you to use until you change it to something memorable.
Maybe it has happend on the update we did. I have some more mails in my box regarding the problem and i am on it to find and fix it.

#If you have forgotten your password click "ask my secret question" then type the answer.
#Then you have to change a new password.
That's what happened to me in AusFX also.
Try that way.
It will work. I also did the same think what I said above.
