But it is very annoying to open your inbox and read tons of letters about viagra, Mr. Mumbasa would like to send some money, how to enlarge your little friend and all the b***sh**.
What kind of defense you are using or do don t care about it and delete them ?

but the most Spams are blocked by my Email-Provider

all you need it to be clever ... after I have deleted all my GMX and WEB.DE accounts and only kept my t-online account which I only used for important things like ebay and online shop registrations I do not recieve any more spam ... I have created 3 new gmail adresses which are for 1. important things 2. forum registration and last for anything that I do only need to do once which I do not care about and when this email gets spammed someday I simply delete it and create a new one
