Seymour, Indiana, US. I've seen it on European sites but they dont have US $ conversions.
If you like, i can order one for you.
Price here in europe is round about 450 Euro means nearly the same in us, tax included.
The expensive part would be the shipping to us. You can expect round about 30 - 40 usd but i can inquire at ups for you.

Hercules 9700 pro is $300 in Australia.
Sapphire seem to have the greatest Radeon's with that water cooling pre-included :D
