I wanna know who's been so interested in me. Also another odd thing it's happening when I play DAoC. This is when I get attacked. Seems weird to anyone? Any place that will let me know who this person or company is? Yes Norton is blocking it, but this is weird how this is happening when I play, and I don't play often.

If it only happens while playing DAoC i'd say it's something to do with the daoc servers connecting to your game client.
Norton security firewall isn't exactly smart, all the DAoC server would have to do was send some game data to a port similar to a virus and norton would start crying about hacks ect. As long as you have your system updated and run a recent virus checker I wouldn't be worried about it at all.
Can you post the IP address of the "attacker" ?

Internet Assigned Numbers Authority

I am useing a router, someone said it could be one of the computers useing my router. Could the attacker be one of them, I remember my sister saying her computer said it had a virus but we used some free antivirus program and it said it found it and killed it. It hasn't been turned on in a while sinces she's on vaction. Not sure wtf is going on but it has been going on for 3 days now and I got attacked 2 more times[i wasn't playing the game] after I posted and it stopped after that.
Need to get rid of IP for security reasons.

The IP's 192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255 are reserved for local networks (i.e computers on the same LAN), either someone is spoofing their ip to a local number (highly unlikely) or it has something to do with your local network setup.
It just comes up as being owned by ICANN because they were part of the group that originally chose them for local network use only.
*edit* if you are using internet sharing or a Home network setup by Windows ICS/Winroute/SyGate ect. they usually default to making other computers on the network 192.168.1.100 and up, so it is highly likely to be another computer on your network.
