I have a decent modded INF for this driver that will work as it should.
Guru3D have just updated to this as well.
The original modded INF is a mess and will not work with Win2k at all, plus many other problems that might occur.
Also I was able to get the new control panel to also work with just a right click on the desktop.
Both CP's are accessable but only 1 at a time.
