This is a discussion about Feb 2004 Desktop screenshots thread in the Warp2search Hang Out category; hey warp2search users post your Deskops. 1) Please keep Picture at 1024*800 resolution. 2) Also mention what Mods have you done (if any) like wallpapers , monitors, Visual themes , Winamp skins.

hey warp2search users post your Deskops.

1) Please keep Picture at 1024*800 resolution.

2) Also mention what Mods have you done (if any) like wallpapers , monitors, Visual themes , Winamp skins.

TIPS FOR POSTING SCREENSHOTS :-

1) You can take screenshot in windows by pressing PRINTSCREEN button on keyboard and then open PAINT-BRUSH or any other Image editing tool, now on a blank space in the editor PASTE the screenshot by pressing CONTROL+V. OR get a professinal software like SNAGIT for taking screenshot.

Most linux distros have a screen capture tool, use it for taking screenshot.

2) Always save the SCREENSHOT as JPG,PNG or GIF and not as BMP. BMP generate large size images.

3) If you do not own a place to upload Screenshots , Make account at www.Photobucket.com (free) or at www.Deviantart.com (free), upload it there and Link it here with code something like this in your post reply here.
For Example :-

  [img=http://img1.photobucket.com/albums/0903/kyroW2S/screenshots/desktop/98SE.png]

and the picture will look like the below image in this thread/forum.

Very good SAMURIZE thing there KK, very nicely done.

The white/green one looks cool when compared, but i bet the you must be feeling comfortable with blue one cause it reflects less light/glare.

na I don't like themes .... the best one is XP silver ... it never gets annoying - everything is readable and .... its just fine

but that not the reason why I have chosen this pic ....
I like the colorcomposition .... most socalled background images are so fuckin flashy and bright .... this one is just right .... maybe even a bit to dark ... but its very good ..... I don't even know who that woman is ;)
