When I plug it in to my computer then I get a little pop-up baloon....
The baloon says "High speed USB device plugged into non-high speed USB hub" :S now thats got me confused
I have an XP system with an EpoX 8RDA+ and SP1
Apparently SP1 was meant to fix this problem with the USB2 incompatability so i don't know
I also have the latest Nforce drivers for my board and a relatively new BIOS for it
Help would be appreciated
Thanks

check your motherboard .. I think you have connected an USB 2.0 device into USB 1.1 ..... remember ... motherboards have in most case USB 1.1 AND 2.0 !!!!
