Did you flash your BIOS before it??Do you have on-board sound etc?I had this problem too so I might help

yeah u r all right..i have flash my BIOS a few times..i got it from ASUS update. too, it have On-board LAN besides sound..

Undo any overclocking done to the cpu or ram. It may be the problem.
No..Ididn't making any overlocking..now using pentium 4 2.4G on 256 DDRAM with Gforce 2 mx 200..
Dual OS..Win Xp and Win 2000..In win xp..sometime it freeze when opening video (Power DVD, WMP)..after restart , i got win xp error report sending and it said, my Gforce is responsible with that hung...
argh..
What do you think?
