DirectX 9.0a full install

How could i make full install of DirectX 9.0a. . . i mean that kinda that i could save it on CD and i don't need internet connection for install it. . . 9.0 have redestibution pack (about 32 mb log) anything like this exist for 9.

Is this not the same on as the original Directx 9.0 redistrubutable that was released last year?

File name wise it looks like it.

yes... this is version 9.0 dated 17.12.2002... i need somthing dated 26.3.2003 and version 9.0a.... i was wondering if you can use any switches for dxwebsetup.exe that whole DX is downloaded in one directory but not installed.....

Megatron u Prick, fuk u d*ck suckin lips, download this and look at the info on Direct X Daignostics numb nut, it says 9.0 but it's 9.0a asswipe, so don't start talkin trash without testing it

it's version (4.09.0000.0901)

What are you talkin about, I just dl'd that pack extracted it and looked at the version numbers of the files, there is no version .901 file neither for Win NT nor for 9x, so this ain't 90a, definitely.

i installed, and even though it may say 9.0 on the M$ site, after i installed i checked the version with dxdiag its 4.09.0000.0901 so it is 9.0a

Here,I'm not so lucky...I re-downloaded dx90_redist following the link above and when I checked dxdiag,after reboot,of course,it says that is instaled the same version like before,wich is 4.09.0000.0900.So...what's happening? :roll: :cry:

I tried the full install, I believe it to be 9.0a because when I tried the 9.0 web setup it told me a newer version was already installed; so since I didn't get this I assume the full install I got was 9.0a.

MS has been uping it then taking it down (the web install) so this doesn't surprise me that you can d/l 9.0a one day and then only 9.0 (full install) the next! :evil:

What is the difference between 9.0 and 9.0a ?
