CPU Upgrade?
This is a discussion about CPU Upgrade? in the General Hardware category; Hi Folks i got a question i use a XP2600+ (166mhz) and i thought, it's time to upgrade to a xp3200+ (no 64) do u think, i can do it an get an extra perfomance boost, or is the power nearly the same?

actually its not really a question of the speed ... more it is a question of money ... since you pay 3500 to 3800 nearly double the price
so I would go for 3500 and try to overclock it
If you get 3800, don't. For only a small bit more, you can get the S939 FX53 :P
