Computer to TV with 100hz?

Hello,
I don't know if this is the exact forum to post this but what the heck.
Iv'e recently purchased a new TV for my livingroom, which goes up to 100hz.
The main reason for this purchase was to be able to connect my PC to the TV and have an output of 100hz.
The problem is that my graphic card goes up to 60hz when it comes to connecting the computer to the TV.
I wanted to know if there is any graphic card out there that will give me an output of 100hz and allow me to view on my TV at it's maximum preformance.
Thanks.

No, a standard TV PAL signal is 50 Hz vertical interlaced refresh and 15.625 kHz horizontal frequency. The 100hz bit is the display itself, the signal will only be 50 or 60Hz, 100Hz tvs redraw picture twice in the time that a normal tv does in one pass.
It does not matter that your card does 60hz. The regular TV signal that you recieve on your antenna is 60hz as well. On 100hz TV you will not get anything but 100hz, so don't worry about it.
anyways connecting PC to TV sucks ...
only for watching mobies ... there the refresh rate is fully OK with 100Hz TV ....
for normal use u can't use TV als monitor impossible due to low res of the TV
It's OK for watching DVDs or something like that though.
Tv out does not suck...
In most cases it's much much better than a standalone dvd player. A standalone dvd player is limited to 576 pixels in height(PAL), while a TV out is theoretically unlimited. For example if you connect a dvd to an Projector you only get 576 pixels in height but if you connect a HTPC (Home Theater PC) to it you get real HDTV resolutions around 1600 in pixel height. Even with a TV you get much better picture. I have a SONY 32 widescreen TV and i run it in 1024 x 768 120 hz with my ATI RADEON 9700 Pro. I have also a standalone dvd player but it has been surpassed by my HTPC. Because the picture is way better with my tv out. It all depends on the grafic card how good it gets.
With ATI cards you can even buy a VGA Adapter and connect with.
You can also use a program called PowerStrip to fine tune the resolution for you tv.
